Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off Your Shipment
Hand your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a home pickup through the carrier's website.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
